Swimming Pool
Hours: 7am-10pm
The pool is for the exclusive use of the Orange Grove Terrace owners, tenants, and their guests. Residents are responsible for their guests and must be on site while guests are present. No one fourteen years of age or younger may use the pool without a responsible adult in attendance. Anyone using the pool does so at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
The following are not permitted in the pool area: pets, glassware, small toys that could interfere with pool plumbing. No running in the pool area.
Please be considerate of our residents by keeping the noise level to a minimum; use earphones with electronic devices and restrict cell phone use to the cabaña or back patio.
The towel racks behind the kitchen are provided for drying of towels. Pool toys stored in and behind the cabaña are for residents’ use.
After using the pool and cabaña, remove all trash from the pool area, clean the tables and cabaña, leave the pool furniture in an orderly manner, and put the pool toys in storage.
The last person leaving the pool area will be responsible to see that both gates and the cabaña doors are properly locked for security and liability reasons.
The pool may not be reserved for private functions (see the Cabaña section).
The Cabaña
The Cabaña is for the exclusive use of the Orange Grove Terrace Owners and Tenants.
Reserving the Cabana
The Cabaña, but not the pool, may be exclusively reserved except on holiday weekends for a private function by contacting the Chairman of the pool committee. A sign advising residents of the time and date of the reservation must be posted at the mailboxes at least three (3) days prior to the event.
The reserving owner or tenant shall be held responsible and liable for the proper care and use of the facilities while being used by their guests. The facilities shall be cleaned by the reserving owner or tenant and furniture returned to established location. All trash shall be placed in plastic bags, deposited in the dumpster and the trash bag supply replenished. Any damage to the pool area or Cabaña and its contents (including theft) or additional cleaning costs will be the responsibility of the reserving party and will be billed to the owner as the cost of replacement or repair.
All parties and clean-up activity must terminate by 10:00 pm and shall be conducted in such a manner as not to disturb or be a nuisance to nearby owners and tenants.
